Mauritz Swanepoel

Mauritz Swanepoel is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at MMD GROUP since January 2023, Mauritz previously held the position of Project Manager at SolarAfrica Energy Pty Ltd from April 2021 to December 2022. Prior roles include Project Engineer at MMD GROUP OF COMPANIES and Production and Quality Manager at Cash Connect South Africa. Additional experience includes working as a Mechanical Project Engineer at Specialist Mechanical Engineers and a student internship at Marenco. Mauritz holds an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pretoria, completed between 2010 and 2015, and attended Hoerskool Garsfontein from 2005 to 2009.
