Samantha Larson is an experienced executive search professional with over a decade in talent acquisition focused on the mining and mineral exploration industry. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Director at MRC, they lead recruitment efforts while also overseeing strategic relations at Extrados Exploration. As the Founder and Lead Facilitator of The Inner Mining Method™, Samantha develops frameworks that combine yoga, breathwork, and leadership practices to foster resilience and authentic leadership. They are passionate about promoting the mining sector's impact on the global economy and mentoring the next generation of industry professionals.
