Holly Neal

Holly Neal is currently serving as the Senior Manager of Learning Technology and Strategy at MinIO, where the focus is on developing the SaaS learning platform through tailored learning paths, a digital credentialing program, and online learning communities. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Red Hat from July 2011 to July 2025, where Holly advanced through various roles, ultimately becoming the Global Principal Program and Learning Platform Manager. In this capacity, responsibilities included enhancing Red Hat’s Learning Platform through agile methodologies and driving partner success via comprehensive onboarding and training initiatives. Additional roles at Red Hat involved overseeing global strategy for the certification program and executing strategic marketing initiatives to boost brand engagement. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Marketing from Radford University.
