Shireesh Anjal

Shireesh Anjal has worked in the software engineering field since 2000. Shireesh began their career at Infosys Technologies Ltd where they held the roles of Senior Technical Architect - Products, Implementation Consultant, and Software Engineer. In 2009, they moved to Governation Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Development Manager. In 2010, they became a Principal Software Engineer at Gluster. The following year, they joined Red Hat as a Principal Software Engineer and stayed there until 2013 when they moved to Milaap as CTO and Head of Engineering. In 2020, they joined MinIO as a Principal Software Engineer.

Shireesh Anjal completed a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University between 1995 and 1999. Shireesh then went on to earn a Diploma in Advanced Computing from AICT, Chennai in 2000. In addition, they have obtained four certifications from Coursera: Principles of Reactive Programming (2013), Algorithms: Design and Analysis, Part 2 (2013), Functional Programming Principles in Scala (2012), and Algorithms: Design and Analysis, Part 1 (2012).
