Wesley Ratliff

Wesley Ratliff is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales organizations across the technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales for North America at MinIO since February 2025, Ratliff oversees operations for a leading object storage provider. Prior to MinIO, Ratliff held the position of Vice President of Sales for North America at Sysdig and Vice President of Sales for the Central US at Okta, where significant contributions included the establishment of go-to-market strategies and the development of sales teams. At Forcepoint, Ratliff was responsible for sales targets in the Western US, and during a tenure at Cohesity, led the company through periods of hypergrowth, successfully building a robust sales organization.
