David Jaime

David Jaime has extensive experience in software architecture and development, specializing in Oracle and Java technologies. Since November 2015, David has held multiple roles at Ministère de l'Éducation du Québec (MEQ), including Coordinator and Software Architecture and Cyber Protection Advisor. Prior to this, David worked at CGI from February 2011 to May 2022 as a Senior Consultant and was involved in various Oracle/Java projects and CI/CD initiatives. Other notable positions include Organic Architect and Developer Analyst at the Ministère des Finances (May 2014 - November 2015) and Oracle APEX Programmer Analyst at the Ministère de la sécurité publique (June 2013 - April 2014). David's educational background includes a DESS in Software Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad del Norte.
