Julie Rouleau

Julie Rouleau is an experienced professional specializing in student affairs and diversity within the education sector. Currently serving as Coordonnatrice et conseillère stratégique with the Ministère de l'Éducation du Québec since September 2023, Julie previously held leadership positions at the Ministère de l'Enseignement supérieur du Québec and the Ministère de l'Éducation et de l'Enseignement supérieur, focusing on sexual violence prevention policies in higher education. As Vice-présidente of the Ordre professionnel des sexologues du Québec from December 2020 to June 2023, Julie contributed to the promotion of equality and healthy sexuality education. With a strong background in gender equality strategies at the Secrétariat à la Condition féminine, Julie holds a DESS in Management from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Arts in Sexology from UQAM.
