Alexandre Kesteloot

Alexandre Kesteloot is an experienced professional with a diverse background in public administration and economic development. Currently serving as Sous-préfet and director of cabinet for the Préfet du Cantal at the Ministère de l'Intérieur since October 2019, Alexandre has previously held significant roles including Secrétaire général adjoint for regional affairs and Chargé de Mission for infrastructure at the Préfecture of Mayotte. At CCI de Mayotte, Alexandre directed the Economic Development pole, focusing on innovation and support for over 10,000 businesses. Other notable positions include managing the Beelys program at the Fondation pour l'Université de Lyon and serving as a consultant and project manager at AKESLAU. With a strong educational background in management and human resources from Université de Bordeaux and Université de Tours, Alexandre has demonstrated expertise in entrepreneurship, talent management, and project financing throughout a progressive career.
