Stéphanie H.

Stéphanie H. has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and talent management. From 2007 to 2018, they worked for various employers, focusing on recruitment and talent management. In 2018, they joined the Ministerie van Binnenlandse Zaken en Koninkrijksrelaties as a Senior Adviseur Recruitment for the Rijks ICT Gilde. Stéphanie then moved on to become the Plv. Manager and later the Recruitment Lead | Recruiter Data & AI for the same organization. Their role involved working on the development, digitalization, and innovation of Data & AI within the government sector.

Stéphanie H. obtained a Master of Science degree in Sociologie - Arbeid, Organisatie & Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. Stéphanie also briefly studied Sociology at Swinburne University of Technology in 2005.
