Rodolfo Tesone Mendizabal

Rodolfo Tesone Mendizabal serves as the Director of the Master's program in Digital Law and Artificial Intelligence at IL3 - Universitat de Barcelona since September 2012. Additionally, from June 2020, Rodolfo has been a member of the Expert Group established by the Spanish Government for drafting the Digital Rights Charter and participates in the Advisory Council for Digital Transformation. Rodolfo has also been involved with the Spanish Data Protection Agency as a member of the Technical Committee for Certification and holds leadership positions in national associations focused on technology and law, including founding ENATIC as President Emeritus. With experience in various roles related to cybersecurity strategies and digital transformation, Rodolfo holds degrees in Law and Internet Law from Universitat de Barcelona and Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, respectively.
