Salvador Soriano

Salvador Soriano is an experienced professional with a strong background in economic policy, telecommunications, and digital infrastructure. Currently serving as Area Coordinator at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation since March 2012, Salvador has contributed to the Secretary of State of Economy and Business Support and the Secretary of State for Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure. Prior to this role, Salvador worked at the Ministry of Industry for over two decades, focusing on initiatives related to electronic invoicing, e-commerce, information security, and intellectual property on the Internet. Additionally, experience includes positions such as Manager of European R&D Programs at CDTI, Computing and Telecommunication Expert at Dow Chemical Ibérica, and Information System Expert at Institut Francais de la Mode. Salvador holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Information Systems Management from ESCP Business School and an Engineer's degree in Computer Systems Networking from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
