Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and a university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
