Jerónimo Finestra Romero

Jorge Rodriguez is a seasoned professional in the finance sector, currently serving as Managing Director in Debt Capital Markets at Marathon Capital since August 2019. Previously, Jorge held the position of Managing Director and Global Head of Infrastructure Debt at DWS Group, where the establishment of a private infrastructure debt investment platform was directed, achieving over $1.8 billion in capital. Earlier roles include Managing Director positions at Aladdin Capital and Dresdner Kleinwort, where Jorge led initiatives focusing on private market debt investments and managed infrastructure financing platforms, respectively, completing transactions exceeding $10 billion. Jorge began the career as Vice President at BNP Paribas, structuring leverage and project finance in the Power and Energy sectors, after an early foundation in analysis and finance at Crédit Agricole CIB and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Jorge holds an MBA in Finance and Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford.
