Rolando Madrigal is an experienced diplomat currently serving at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Department of Bilateral Policy since May 2022. With a long-standing career at the Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y Culto since April 2013, roles include Ministro Consejero y Cónsul General de Costa Rica and Comisionado Presidencial Adjunto del Proyecto Mesoamérica, overseeing international representation and inter-institutional coordination.
