Raúl Ferrer-Peña, PhD, MBA, currently serves as a Fisioterapeuta Asistencial at Gerencia Asistencial de Atención Primaria and is actively involved in multiple professional organizations, including the Sociedad Española del Dolor and the Ministerio de Sanidad. With extensive teaching experience at La Salle Campus Madrid and Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Raúl specializes in areas such as Physiotherapy in Primary and Community Care, pain management, and Therapeutic Patient Education. Raúl's research interests encompass the validation and adaptation of measurement instruments, the psychosocial implications of chronic pain, and the application of digital health technologies. As a former CEO and co-founder of Smart Dyspnea, Raúl has experience in developing innovative healthcare solutions. Educational accomplishments include an MBA, a PhD in Health Sciences, and a Master's in Artificial Intelligence and Innovation.
