Michal Ondrkal

Michal Ondrkal is an experienced professional currently serving as an odborný radca at the Ministerstvo vnútra Slovenskej republiky since August 2022. Prior to this role, Michal worked as an IT náborář, specializing in IT recruitment at SourceFirst International for a brief period in mid-2022. Additionally, Michal gained experience as a Záhradný asistent at Zahradnické služby from February 2021 to August 2022, and as a Projektový asistent at Hodina deťom in late 2014. Michal holds a second degree in Social and Work Psychology, earned from Comenius University in Bratislava, where studies were completed in August 2021.
