Shannon Tran has extensive experience in client experience and enablement solutions, currently serving as the Director of Enablement Solutions and Client Experience Lead at Ministry Brands since October 2021. Responsibilities include architecting change, supporting customer experience frameworks, and analyzing touchpoints to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Previously, Shannon held the position of Senior Success Manager, focusing on client success and product implementation within Salesforce ISV enterprise products. Additionally, Shannon is the President of Shannon's Fine Jewelry and has held roles at Champlain College and the Roman Catholic Diocese of Burlington, where strategic planning and CRM management were key functions. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts from the University of Vermont and is a Microsoft Certified Professional, with ongoing education at Champlain College and the GIA.
