David Williams McIps

David Williams MCIPS is an experienced procurement and contracts professional with a strong background in biosecurity and response capability management. Currently serving as Team Manager for Response Capability & Capacity and as Procurement and Contracts Manager for the Ministry for Primary Industries since August 2011, David previously held the positions of Contracts Team Manager and Procurement Specialist at the Ministry of Fisheries from September 2010 to July 2011. Additionally, David worked as a Senior Purchasing Officer at Wakefield Hospital from July 2007 to August 2010. David is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply, having completed education in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions, and Contracts Management between 2012 and 2015.
