Kirsty Bailey possesses a diverse professional background, having held multiple roles in administrative support and project management. At the Ministry for Primary Industries, Kirsty served as a People Capability Co-ordinator and provided administrative support for response workshops from May 2016 to June 2017. Prior to that, Kirsty was involved in the operations of the Bailey Household as an On-boarding Admin Support from December 2010 to July 2016 and worked as a Project Leader at Kiwibank from August 2009 to December 2010. Academically, Kirsty holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Otago, completed in January 1995, and attended Otago Girls' High School from January 1987 to January 1990.
