Lauren Kelly

Lauren Kelly currently serves as Principal Adviser for Strategic Engagement at Biosecurity New Zealand, where responsibilities include oversight of stakeholder engagement strategies and support for high-level officials. Prior experience includes Principal Adviser roles focused on biosecurity strategy and governance at the Ministry for Primary Industries and various communication and engagement roles at the Ministry for the Environment. Earlier career stages involved business project management, brand, marketing, and communications within Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, alongside extensive executive assistant roles supporting senior leaders in various organizations including High Speed Two Ltd and the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants. Lauren holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Communication Management from Massey University and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Victoria University of Wellington.
