Raji Nair

Raji Nair is an experienced professional in human resources and data analytics, currently serving as a Senior HR Information & Data Analyst and HR Systems and Analytics Adviser at the Ministry for Primary Industries since April 2018. Prior roles include Learning and Development Coordinator and intern at the same organization. Raji previously worked at Max Life Insurance Company Limited from 2009 to 2013 as a Training Manager and Agency Development Manager, focusing on training programs and achieving branch targets. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Corporate Network and as an Analyst at Knowledgeware Technologies. Raji holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Bangalore University, a Graduation in Software Architecture from the National Institute of Information Technology, and completed the Skilled Migrant Programme in Workplace Communications at Victoria University of Wellington.
