Sarah Perry

Sarah Perry is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic business partnership and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Strategic Business Partner in People & Capability at the Ministry for Primary Industries since September 2018, Sarah has held various roles including acting Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Adviser. Prior to this, experience includes a position as Lead Talent Acquisition Advisor at the Ministry of Health New Zealand and a Resourcing Specialist role at Contact Energy Ltd. Sarah's career began in recruitment consulting with H2R Consulting and involved managerial roles in retail with adidas and Canterbury. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration degree with majors in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, and Marketing from Victoria University of Wellington.
