Subha Das

Subha Das is a highly experienced scientist currently serving as a Senior Scientist at the Ministry for Primary Industries, focusing on Plant Health and Environment. Previous roles include Postdoctoral Research Associate at South Dakota State University and Assistant Professor at Okayama University, where research encompassed the neo-virus lifestyle of fungal viruses. Subha Das was also a JSPS Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute of Plant Science and Resources in Japan, working on yado-kari virus, and served as a SERB Young Scientist at Bose Institute, contributing to the molecular characterization of RNA mycoviruses affecting rice.
