Tina Paterson has over 30 years of work experience, with key roles including Director of Service Delivery and Change at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Director of Government Health & Safety Lead at MPI, Principal Adviser at the Department of Corrections NZ, Human Resources Contractor at HHL Group, National Talent and Change Manager at Crowe Horwath NZ Ltd, and various roles prior to 2008. Tina has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills throughout their career.
