Pavel Bucek is a seasoned specialist at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic and has extensive experience in animal recording and breeding. Bucek holds leadership roles within the International Committee for Animal Recording (ICAR), including chairperson of the Dairy Cattle Milk Recording Working Group and member of various technical committees. With a strong background in quality auditing and consultancy, Bucek has successfully overseen audits in multiple countries and played a key role in the development of services and guidelines for ICAR. Additionally, Bucek served as chief milk recording specialist for the Czech Moravian Breeders' Corporation, was instrumental in organizing the successful 2019 ICAR/IDF/ISO Congress in Prague, and holds two Master’s Degrees from the Czech University of Life Sciences.
