Arya Franklyn

Arya Franklyn is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of Agency Collaboration at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment since January 2024, leading a team of Account Managers to enhance collaboration with government agencies in New Zealand. Previously, Arya was the Project Lead for the Regional Emissions Reduction Plan at the Wellington Regional Leadership Committee, driving a collaborative climate change initiative. Arya’s extensive background includes roles such as Manager of Marketing and Communications at Greater Wellington Regional Council and Client Engagement Manager at the Accident Compensation Corporation. Arya has also held positions in communications and stakeholder engagement at Cigna New Zealand, Transpower, Meridian Energy, and the Inland Revenue Department. Arya holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration, Communication Management from Massey University and a Bachelor of Media Arts, Photography from Wintec.
