Cindy (Li Yan) is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, recruitment, and advisory roles. Since October 2021, Cindy has been serving the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment in various capacities, including Advisor-Leadership Talent and Growth. Concurrently, Cindy has been a Pay Equity Interviewer for TAS, supporting New Zealand District health boards. Previous positions include HR Advisor for the Newlands Resilience Group, Human Resources Administrator at HealthcareNZ Limited, and Tutor at Victoria University of Wellington. With a solid foundation in recruitment at ODEC Consulting Ltd and Hoping Management Consulting Ltd, Cindy has demonstrated proficiency in client relationship management and talent acquisition. Early career highlights include a Personal Assistant role at Lenovo, where recognized performance led to a high-performance award. Cindy holds a Master's degree in Commerce (HRIR) from Victoria University of Wellington and two Master's degrees from the University of Portsmouth.
