Claire M. has extensive experience in management and policy roles within various governmental and non-governmental organizations. Notably, Claire served as Manager of Strategy, Performance, and Operations at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, and held multiple managerial positions, including Manager of Feedback and Complaints, and Manager of Ministerial Services at Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children. Additional roles at the Department of Internal Affairs included Team Leader of Business Support, Acting Manager of Operational Policy and Business Improvement, and Senior Policy Advisor. Claire began a career in fundraising at Presbyterian Support Central as a Fundraiser and later worked as a Funding Advisor at the Department of Internal Affairs (NZ).
