David Noel-Davies

David Noel-Davies is an experienced cyber security professional with a diverse background across multiple organizations, including the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment where currently serving as a Cyber Security Architect. Previous roles include Senior Security Auditor at Deloitte Consulting and positions at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency as Senior Security Identity Analyst, Security Architect, and Internal IT Auditor, where key responsibilities involved enhancing IT security and compliance. Additional experience includes leadership and consultancy roles in technical security and business analysis at the Ministry of Justice, Education Payroll Limited, Transpower New Zealand, and Spark New Zealand. David holds a BSc in Computing and Information Systems from the University of Brighton, complemented by recent training in Security by Design from RMIT Centre for Cyber Security Research and Innovation.
