Emily Boyd

Emily Boyd is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment since July 2021, where responsibilities include leading the recruitment strategy for the Immigration Officer pilot program. Previously, Emily held the position of Senior Recruitment Advisor at Housing New Zealand Corporation, overseeing recruitment for one of the largest housing providers in New Zealand. Additionally, Emily has significant experience at Farmers Trading Company Ltd, progressing through various HR roles from HR Shared Services Advisor to HR Advisor, and contributing to the development of a new careers website. Emily holds a Diploma of Human Resources Management from the Southbank Institute of Technology, Brisbane, Australia.
