Jefferey Schuster

Jefferey Schuster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and technical support roles. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience Advisor at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment since April 2019, Jefferey has also held positions such as Senior Advisor - Capability & Education and Customer Experience Advisor. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Support Specialist at Concentrix, a Retail Sales Associate at the New Zealand Racing Board, and roles as both a Mortgage Consultant and Customer Service Representative at ANZ. Jefferey’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Tourism Management from Victoria University of Wellington, a Diploma in Software Development from Whitecliffe - Technology & Innovation, and currently pursuing a Masters of User Experience Design at Victoria University of Wellington.
