Jen Nathan

Jen Nathan currently serves as the Chief People Officer at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, a position held since January 2020. Prior to this role, Jen Nathan was the Chief People Officer at Crown Law from January 2018 to January 2020. At BNZ, from July 2010 to January 2018, Jen Nathan held multiple titles including Head of People, Product & Technology, and HR Business Partner for various sectors. Earlier experience includes the HR Manager/Team Leader role at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment and several positions at Chapman Tripp, culminating as HR Manager for Wellington and Christchurch. Jen Nathan earned a Bachelor's degree from Victoria University of Wellington between 1992 and 1996.
