Mark Riddle

Mark Riddle is an experienced learning facilitator at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, where responsibilities include facilitating workshops for Immigration New Zealand staff both domestically and offshore. With a background as an instructional designer, Mark specializes in creating training materials to support procedural changes and has previously served as a senior business advisor and training and development officer, designing eLearning modules using tools like Captivate and Storyline for diverse audiences. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a human resources officer at Fuelquip NZ Ltd, providing comprehensive HR advice and managing various HR processes within a company of 300 employees. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Otago.
