Mark Spencer

Mark Spencer is an experienced manager at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, where current responsibilities include overseeing the Labour Standards Early Resolution Team and previously leading the Labour Contact Centre. With a solid background in employment relations, Mark has contributed to policy development as a Senior Policy Advisor at the Department of Labour and has held various roles since 1995, including Project Co-ordinator and Team Leader. Mark’s expertise encompasses training and development, process redesign, stakeholder communication, and performance management, supported by a Certificate of Supervisory Management in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Auckland University of Technology.
