Dr. Athari Homod

Dr. Athari Homod, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dr. Athari is currently the Director of Finance & Procurement (JHD) at the Ministry of Culture, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as Head of Procurement at the Ministry of Culture from January 2022 to February 2023. Dr. Homod also worked as the Financial Planning and Budgeting Manager at the Ministry of Culture from February 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining the Ministry of Culture, Dr. Homod held the position of Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at PepsiCo from June 2020 to February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Financial Planning Manager at Panda Retail Company - Savola Group from April 2019 to June 2020.

Dr. Homod's earlier experiences include working as an Accounting Specialist at Mars from June 2013 to June 2014, and as a Marketing Support Activity Accountant & Controller for Arabian Peninsula at Procter & Gamble from June 2011 to June 2013. Dr. Athari also participated in a Co-op Training Program in USC - Part of Savola group at Savola Foods Limited from January 2009 to March 2009.

Dr. Athari Homod, PhD has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Business and Economics from Loughborough Business School. They also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Management of Information System and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Business & Technology.
