Dr.jasir Alherbish

Dr. Jasir Alherbish currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at the Ministry of Culture since March 2020. Previously, Dr. Alherbish held the position of Education Sector President at the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) from October 2019 to March 2020. Additional roles include Deputy Minister of Scholarships Affairs at the Ministry of Education from December 2016 to June 2019 and Assistant Professor at Qassim University from 2014 to December 2016. Notably, leadership experience encompasses serving as Dean of the College of Technology at TVTC Saudi Arabia, where oversight was provided for a 3000-student technical college and the vocational sector in the Qassim region from January 1998 to October 2006. Dr. Alherbish earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from the University of Connecticut and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and IMD. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering was obtained from King Saud University.
