Hany Al-Banjary is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the music and broadcasting industry, currently serving as the Scouting & Scholarship Manager and Senior Support & Coaching Specialist at the Ministry of Culture since February 2022. Additionally, Hany works as a Radio Disc Jockey at Alula FM and has been active as a resident DJ, turntablist, and music producer since 2006. Previous roles include Music Director at MIX FM, Radio Announcer and presenter at the Saudi Broadcasting Corporation, and various positions in logistics, recruitment, and management. Hany co-founded Call of Culture Magazine and X-Wheels.com, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from King AbdulAziz University.

Overseeing 11 sector-specific commissions, the Ministry is leading a cultural transformation to develop a rich ecosystem that nurtures creativity, unlocks the economic potential of the sector and unleashes new and inspiring forms of expression. تم انشاء وزارة الثقافة بالمملكة العربية السعودية في 17 رمضان 1439هـ الموافق 2 يونيو 2018 بموجب أمر ملكي، وتم تعيين صاحب السمو الأمير بدر بن عبدالله بن فرحان آل سعود كأول وزير للثقافة في المملكة العربية السعودية. تتمثل رؤية الوزارة في أن تزدهر المملكة العربية السعودية بمختلف ألوان الثقافة، لتثري نمط حياة الفرد، وتسهم في تعزيز الهوية الوطنية، وتشجع الحوار الثقافي مع العالم.
