Khalid G. Alharbi

Khalid G. Alharbi, PMP, currently serves as the Strategy and Planning Director at the Ministry of Culture since September 2020, where responsibilities include translating business strategies into operational strategies and providing ongoing project management support. Prior experience includes roles as Advisor of Strategy Execution at National Advance System Company, Business Development & Sales Manager at IPA, and Project Manager for the National Program for Administrative Leadership Training and Development at the Saudi Red Crescent Authority. Khalid has also held positions such as Land Mobile Radio Division Manager, Senior Design Engineer, Operation Engineer at Zain KSA, and Communication Engineer at Saudi Electricity Company. Khalid holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from King Saud University and a PMP certificate from project management institutions, completed in 2016.
