Rakan Altouq

Rakan Altouq serves as the Assistant Minister of Culture at the Ministry of Culture, overseeing cultural affairs and international relations while leading strategic initiatives since June 2018. In addition, Rakan holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board at the Diriyah Biennale Foundation and is a Board Member of RiyadhArt. Rakan's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Columbia University in the City of New York.
