Junior McIntyre currently serves as the Deputy National Chief Digital Officer at the Ministry of Digital Transformation in Trinidad and Tobago since May 2024, focusing on strategic initiatives to enhance citizen and business engagement with the digital agenda. Previously, Junior held the position of Chief Program Officer at the Caribbean Agency for Justice Solutions, providing leadership in digital transformation programs. Junior's extensive experience includes roles as Senior Director of Innovation and Technology at Lifewater International, Director of Research and Analysis at the Caribbean Telecommunications Union, and Senior Manager of Management Information Services at the Ministry of Rural Development and Local Government. Junior holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, along with an Associate’s Degree in General Business Management from Andrews University.
