Oleksii Sobolev

Oleksii Sobolev, CFA, currently serves as the Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, focusing on deregulation, small and medium business development, privatization, and corporate governance since January 2023. Prior to this role, Oleksii held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Prozorro.Sale from August 2016 to January 2023, leading the world's most transparent e-auction system for public entities, which received multiple international awards, including recognition from Citi Bank and the USA Institute of Peace. Oleksii has also contributed as a Project Lead at the Ministry of Infrastructure and served as an Advisor to the Minister, alongside experience as a Portfolio Manager at Dragon Capital Asset Management and as an Auditor at Ernst & Young. Educational qualifications include a CFA chartholder designation and a degree in Finance from Kyiv National Economics University.
