Abeer Al Ayyar CIPP®, PMP® is the Director of Procurement and Tenders at the Ministry of Economy and Planning - MEPsaudi since May 2023, where Abeer leads procurement strategies and manages contracts exceeding SAR 90M with regulatory compliance. Previously, Abeer served as the Procurement and Contracts Manager at the Saudi Business Center from April 2020 to April 2023, overseeing procurement operations and enhancing efficiency. Abeer also held the position of Senior Procurement Specialist, establishing the Procurement Department and developing annual budgets. Prior experience includes roles at Samba Financial Group as a Customer Service Supervisor and Representative, where Abeer supervised teams and optimized service offerings. Abeer holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from King Saud University, obtained in 2013.
