Ammar Nagadi

Ammar Nagadi is currently serving as the Vice Minister at the Ministry of Economy and Planning - MEPsaudi since January 2022. Prior to this role, Ammar held various leadership positions at IKEA, including Chief Executive Officer for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, Deputy CEO, and Chief Operating Officer from December 2017 to January 2022. Ammar also served as Operations Director at Basamh Trading & Industries Group from February 2016 to December 2017, and as Marketing Director at Saudi Goody Products Marketing Co. Ltd. between March 2011 and February 2016. Earlier in the career, Ammar worked as a Brand Manager at Procter and Gamble from 2006 to 2011 and as a Process Control System Engineer at Saudi Aramco from May 2004 to January 2006. Ammar holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Economics from Penn State University, completed from 2000 to 2004.
