Emad Alblueshi

Emad Alblueshi is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as an Information Technology Consultant at the Ministry of Electricity and Water since August 2021. Emad previously owned and managed Votzo Technology, an online payment solution integrated with KNET, from June 2016 to December 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Systems Architect at Amiri Diwan, where Emad developed a customized archival system, and Senior Systems Engineer at Boubyan Bank, focusing on complex enterprise software projects for internet banking. Emad began the career as a Software Programmer at Kuwait Finance House, developing web applications for online banking, and earlier worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Zain Kuwait, setting call center quality standards. Emad holds a Diploma in Computer from the College of Business Studies, earned between 2001 and 2003.
