Aamer al-Safi

Aamer Al-safi has extensive experience in recruitment operations and talent acquisition. Aamer is currently serving as the Director of Recruitment Operations at the Ministry of Energy since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority from January 2019 to August 2021. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at SABIC, including Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment Specialist, and Professional Development Specialist in the Training & Development Department from February 2013 to January 2019.

Aamer Al-safi attended the University of Greenwich from 2008 to 2011, where they pursued a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources Management.
