Faisal Alsohaibani

Faisal Alsohaibani is a cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in managing and defending against cyber threats. Currently serving as the Cybersecurity Manager for the Ministry of Energy since July 2021, Faisal oversees a Security Operations Center (SOC) focused on continuous monitoring and threat mitigation. Previously, Faisal worked as a DFIR Senior Specialist, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining incident response plans. Prior experience includes a role as a Cybersecurity Threat Analysis Specialist at the National Cybersecurity Authority and as a Cybersecurity Risk Senior Specialist at SAUDI PAYMENTS, where risk assessments and vulnerability analyses were key tasks. Faisal is pursuing an Executive MBA at Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from King Saud University.
