Noura Alissa

Noura Alissa has extensive experience in sustainability, climate change, and policy analysis, currently serving as a Committee Member for the Katowice Committee of Experts at UN Climate Change since January 2025, alongside a role as a Sustainability and Climate Change Expert at the Ministry of Energy since March 2021. Previous positions include Senior International Policy Specialist and Senior International Policy Analyst at the same ministry, and Senior Analyst for Policy & Impact at Takamol Holding, where Noura contributed to the G20 Employment Working Group. Noura is also a National Athlete with the Saudi Arabian Taekwondo Federation and has held an internship in political analysis at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia. Noura's academic background includes an MSc in Comparative Politics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a BASc in Arts and Sciences from UCL.
