Effie Tsanti has extensive experience in the field of finance, primarily working for various departments within the Greek Ministry of Finance. Effie started their career in 2007 as a Budget Analyst at the Government Budget Reform Unit and later moved on to become a Budget Analyst at the General Government Entities' Budget Division. In 2011, they took on the role of Head of Unit for Corrective Measures and Follow-up of Audits at the Financial Audit Committee. Effie then transitioned to the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government as an Instructor in 2014. In 2017, they became the Head of Unit at the Ministry of Finance and eventually rose to the position of Head of Directorate at the Greek Ministry of Finance in 2018. Throughout their career, Effie Tsanti has gained expertise in financial audits, budget analysis, corrective measures, and overall financial management.
Effie Tsanti has a comprehensive education history. Effie attended Neapolis University Pafos from 2020 to 2021, where they earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a specialization in Public Administration. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, they attended the national school of public administration, although the specific degree they obtained during this time is unknown. Before that, from 1998 to 2000, they attended Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) and achieved a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in intercultural exchanges in the European society. Effie'sundergraduate education took place at Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature.
