Stavros Karvounis

Stavros Karvounis is an accomplished accounting officer at the General Accounting Office of the Ministry of Finance Greece, with a tenure beginning in November 2000. Previously, Stavros served as a senior advisor under Minister Loverdos from 2010 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Administrative Law from Dimokrition University of Thrace, a master's degree in Finance with a focus on International and Public Finance from KU Leuven, and a Bachelor of Applied Economics in Public Finance from the University of Finance Athens Greece.
