Hedayatullah Jalal

Hedayatullah Jalal has worked as the Chief - International Tax at the Ministry of Finance, Islamic Republic of Afghanistan since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as an Administration & Finance Specialist at WEE-NPP - World Bank Funded Project under the Ministry of Industry and Commerce from March 2019 to March 2021. Hedayatullah also worked as a Finance Officer at Erasmus + Project, PROMIG - Tabesh University from February 2018 to February 2019.

Hedayatullah Jalal completed their education in a chronological order as follows:

- From 2002 to 2013, they attended Ghulam Haidar Khan High School and obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies.

- In 2013, they studied English Language and Literature, General at Kardan University and received a Diploma.

- Simultaneously, from 2014 to 2017, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics at Kabul University.

- Additionally, from 2014 to 2018, they furthered their education by earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics (Business Administration & Management) from Tabesh University.

- Hedayatullah also obtained several certifications, including Introduction to Business Plan from ITC SME Trade Academy in 2022, Introduction to Data Science from IBM in 2022, Investment Foundations from CFA Institute in 2022, Foundations of Finance from the University of Cambridge in 2021, WTO and US Trade Law and Policy from American University Washington College of Law in 2021, Introduction to Supply Chain Management from ITC SME Trade Academy in 2021, Introduction to the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) from ITC SME Trade Academy in 2021, Public Financial Management (PFM) from the International Monetary Fund in 2021, Raising funds for your business from ITC SME Trade Academy in 2021, and Taking the Entrepreneur Route from ITC SME Trade Academy in 2021.
